Here is our End-to-End Customer Order Process. It has the steps that will take place to complete your order for your dental appliance.
- You Place an Order
- Successful Payment Conformation Email
- Order Confirmation Email (from our store, then we Start the Order Process)
- We mail the Dental Impression Kit to you
- You will receive a Kit Tracking Email when the Kit is shipped and is on it’s way to you
- You Receive the Dental Impression Kit
- You Complete your unique dental impression.
- You mail the completed dental impression to us by using the included return mailing package and return mailing label.
- We receive your completed dental impression
- We hand craft your dental appliance
- We mail your completed dental appliance to you
- You will receive a Dental Appliance Tracking Email when the Appliance is shipped and is on its’s way to you
- You receive your unique Dental Appliance
